Women are underrepresented in cycling, and even more underrepresented in bike shops and fitting studios. Many women I talk to have had negative experiences: being talked over, having their concerns dismissed, feeling like they're not "serious enough" to warrant attention.
As a female fitter, I get it, I've been there too.
What this means for you:
- A judgment-free space
- Someone who understands that women's bodies are different (revolutionary, I know)
- No assumptions about your knowledge or experience
RightFit is absolutely open to riders of all genders. But if you've felt intimidated or dismissed in cycling spaces, know that this is a safe space for you.
